Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Certain oversized or heavy items may be pick up only or a charge may be calculated when the order is being processed.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to shipping and billing.

Shipment By Canada Post and Purolator: We ship via Canada Post and Purolator in Continental Canada. 

Shipment by Purolator: We ship by Purolator in continental US.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in Continental Canada and 7-10 business days in Continental US.

Parcels shipped internationally, including to the US may be subject to fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import related costs imposed by the destination country, or its governmental authorities. Any and all fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import related costs are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. The Shipping and Handling fee charged at check out are exclusively for postage and transportation. Shipping and Handling does not include, cover, or contribute toward any fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import related costs. By placing an order the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import related costs and Rocky Powersports and Marine cannot be held responsible for the above fees.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together.
